At AKR Luxury Rentals, we believe every home has a story. Since 2018, I have been dedicated to bringing those stories to life through design and hospitality. Unlike large agencies, we take a "boutique" approach to business.
To ensure uncompromising quality, I personally oversee every project and never manage more than 15 properties at a time.
This focus allows us to give your home the attention it deserves and ensure our guests have memorable vacations. For us, hosting isn't just a business — it's an experience.

Anna’s place was great! It had everything we needed and was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were 8 guys on a golf trip and had more than enough room to spread out, with great common areas to relax after 18 holes of golf. Check-in was easy, and Anna was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d recommend it to anyone.

We searched for a long time for a good Airbnb that also offered great amenities—and we definitely found that with this one!
The living room was incredibly well-equipped. A perfect sofa, a huge TV, and a PS4 console with various games.
The kitchen is also superbly equipped with a coffee maker, stove, microwave, dryer, and washing machine.
Everything was very clean and in top condition.
The garden was also very well-maintained. A covered heated pool with a hot tub, a dining area with an outdoor fireplace, a large TV, a lounge area with a fire pit, and a large grill.
Whenever we had questions or requests, Anna was able to take care of them as quickly as possible! That was really amazing :-)
The only downside is that some of the floors in the house were already quite worn. Unfortunately, our kids often got their feet caught on them. But maybe that’s just “American construction quality” :-)

the big fenced yard is a plus esp if you have a dog
the game room was popular...
the kitchen was huge
its located closed to so many restaurants
parking may be an issue esp if you have a huge vehicle so I would suggest using smaller vehicles or one big vehicle

Very close to Disney world! Nice restaurants as well. Pictures are accurate. Pool was warm as requested. Bring disposable house slippers . Very spacious
